Rental Policies
Deposits: Refundable Security Deposit $300.
No Pets Allowed.
50% of total rental fee to reserve booking.
Notes: Weekly housekeeping is included, daily service availabe for an extra fee. Extensive DVD/VCR rental available and other extended cable TV service included.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund of deposit in event of a cancellation, less a $50 cancellation fee, if the cancellation is received 45 days or more before the arrival date.
